Wall-mounted aluminium bioclimatic pergola with manual handle operation — wall ledger (PN-WM-500) replaces the rear free-standing frame, two front pillars only. Three perimeter sizes from one shared 16-step procedure.

Locate and mark the wall ledger line
Mark the wall ledger line — the entire roof reference for a wall-mount install.

Anchor the wall ledger (PN-WM-500)
Anchor PN-WM-500 wall ledger — replaces the rear free-standing frame.

Place the two front foot plates
Place the two front PN-FP-500 foot plates parallel to the wall ledger.

Lift the two front pillars
Lift the two front PN-DZ-500 pillars onto their foot plate studs.

Install front carrier gutter
Install the front PN-GU-500 carrier gutter — match height to wall ledger ±2 mm.

Install side gutters (front to wall)
Install left and right side gutters — wall-side ends fix to PN-WM-500 ledger.

Seal corner joints
Apply neutral-cure silicone bead at all four upper corner joints.

Install blade rails (PN-RA-500)
Slide PN-RA-500 blade rails into the frame channels — pre-set pivot positions.

Prepare lamellas
Prepare the louvre blades (PN-LM-500 opening + PN-LM-501 fixed reference).

Install the fixed lamella (PN-LM-501)
Install the PN-LM-501 fixed lamella against the wall ledger — closed-position reference.

Install opening lamellas (PN-LM-500)
Install the PN-LM-500 opening lamellas (back/wall side first) — equal pitch.

Connect manual linkage
Connect the manual synchronization linkage — all opening blades move together.

Install manual handle (PN-HD-500)
Install the PN-HD-500 manual handle — front-side rail, smooth crank cycle.

Set open / close limits and install covers
Set open / close end-stops and install front pillar caps + gutter closing profiles.

Install drainage outlets and final test
Connect drainage outlets in front pillars and complete final functional test.
