VF-WPCWood-Plastic Composite Privacy Fence
The VisioMod WPC Fence System combines wood-plastic composite boards with aluminium structural posts for a natural wood appearance with zero maintenance. WPC boards (140×25mm) are made from 60% recycled wood fibre and 40% HDPE polymer, extruded with a co-extruded UV-stable outer shell. Boards slot into grooved aluminium posts (70×70mm) without visible fasteners — simply slide boards in from the top during installation. The system provides full privacy with no gaps between boards. Standard fence heights of 1800mm and 2000mm use horizontal board orientation. Posts are powder-coated to match the WPC colour range: anthracite grey, medium grey, dark brown, natural oak, and teak. Board-to-board connection is tongue-and-groove for weather-tight panels. Aluminium post caps seal the top against water ingress.
