EM-MModular Balcony Railing, One Frame Every Infill
EasyMod Mars is a modular aluminium balcony railing system built on a single universal frame that accepts four different infill families: horizontal bars (Stabgeländer), perforated aluminium sheets (Lochblech), horizontal slat panels (Lamellen), and glass-hybrid panels. The frame uses extruded EN AW-6060/6063 T66 aluminium posts (60×60mm) and rails connected with concealed stainless steel rivets — no welding required. Posts mount via base plates (top-mount) or side-fix brackets (fascia-mount) with M10 A4 stainless anchors. The system is CE marked per EN 1090 for structural aluminium fabrication. Standard barrier heights of 1000mm and 1100mm meet EN 1991-1-1 residential loads (0.5–1.0 kN/m). Powder coating is available in any RAL colour, including wood-effect and metallic finishes, with QUALICOAT Class 2 certification for 15+ year colour retention. All EasyMod Mars systems are Balkonkraftwerk-ready with pre-drilled mounting points for photovoltaic module brackets.
